HOW IT WORKS

1. During your 90-minutes Executive Coaching session, we discuss your strategic business objectives for the next 12 months, timelines for achieving them as well as the financial implications of these objectives.

2. We review your financial transactions over the last 3 months, per bank statements and/or accounting records, to understand past financial performance and patterns.

3. With all information gathered, we prepare your cash flow plan in the form of an Expense Budget & Sales Forecast
